I did clean the oil drain line but not completley. Does it need to be spotless? Also I have heard that synthetic is good for cleaning things out, but i have also heard that it will cause more laeks than normal, is this beacuase it cleans gunk out of would be leaks or because its a thiner and finds its way around things?

thanks for your help, I'm going to check my vaccum lines and breather box.
