Driver's side window won't go down 700

the first thing i would do is: remove the power window switch (located on the driver's door). to test the driver's window replace the switch from the passenger's side with the switch from the driver's side. if the driver's window works with the passenger's switch in place -- than the problem is a dirty rocker switch contact that is located inside the switch.
remove both switches and clean the dirty rocker then reinstall both switches in their original locations.
to clean the swich, remove teh casing (clear, located just above the three pronges) and clean the the inside.

with regard to the power mirror, there is no connection whatsoever between the power window and the power mirror. the mirror has three cables that manipulate the mirror from the inside. chances are, one of the cables has come off. to rectify this, remove the mirror from the car and inspect the cable connection. removing the mirror is simple: pry out the little triangle located by the driver's window -- you will see two screws holding the mirror, pull those out and now everything will be accessible.

regards,
abe.
