If it's the same as on my 240 ( which I believe it should be) a sealed bearing with a rubber(black ring on side ) seal...Yes
If you local parts store has a grease needle to fit on the end of your grease gun , work the end of the needle under the seal toward the middle of the bearing and work in in to a low spot and squeeze grease in until it comes out around the seal. then rotate the bearing and do again in as many spots a possible.The bearing will feel tighter when full. after you fill it up , wipe off the excess.
If no grease needle available( I had to do this last week) Go to a Farm and Feed store and get a large syringe ( 1" + diameter with large plunger grip is good, grease is hard to push) with a large needle( the big ones used for livestock, #16 I think) and squeeze the grease in with that
