WHAT IS THE MOST LIKELY CAUSE OF OIL COMING FROM OIL FILLER CAP?

Lose the all-caps. Very annoying, especially for a topic that isn't even that serious.

Follow the advice given so far. If you have a metal oil fill cap, you can bend the tabs a little so that it holds tighter. This was what I had to do even though the PCV system was clear and the gasket was new.
