1984,245, jetronic system. Injector problems, need help

"...I am told is the voltage at the injectors is very low, less than 1 volt. I guess he tried to massure it. 0.6 volt on the+ side and .15 volt on the -side....Is it up to the ECM to supply voltage to the injectors and is the voltage dependant on any other component?"

No. The injectors are connected to full supply, and the ecu performs the pulsed "grounding" action. Thus, you should measure about 12 volts, more or less, at the injectors (wrt to ground). The injector grounds are returned to the intake manifold -- you should see a bolt with several heavy black wires attached.

"He is getting a very fine spray out of injectors..."

When -- always? Or only when he cranks it?

It's surprising that the injectors open with the voltages he reports. I wonder how he makes the measurements......

Don't forget to confirm that the 25-amp fuse and its wiring are OK.
