My goodness, here's how it is:
I've replaced ALL of the ignition system--down to the plugs, and gapped them--besides the computer. I replaced the entire throttle body, with one I know is good, and I know the TPS switch is good too. The AMM is fine, though maybe fuel mixture could be adjusted, but that's kinda fixing the lean mixture (16.8:1) the wrong way. I have replaced the air filter, most vacuum hoses, and the IAC (idle air) valve. I have cleaned the injectors, which fixed the previous 19:1 Air fuel ratio. I took out the cat test plug, since the cat is shot.
So it stalls at idle and at very low speeds. It really only stalls with my foot off the gas, or with it lifting, never when pressing, rarely if ever when holding it steady.
It starts like a champ, and starts back up after stalling right away too. Has acceptable acceleration and performance too, although there may be some detonation I'm not hearing...
If there's anything else I can think of, I'll put it up
Thanks
-Matt
BTW, the ign. module runs about $180 USD
