I know it sounds like a broken record but I had those symptoms on my 200 and it was the Famous, resolder the Fuel pump relay.
Temperture, humidity vibration, anyone of those could cause an 'iffy' relay to act up.
Just like you, sometimes it would start right up and sometimes it was finicky.
Couldn't hurt to resolder the connections. I also drilled a hole on the two ends of the relay cover to help the heat that the coil creates to escape.
