Throttle switch.....dead? 700

I mentioned how the cherry turbo braced mangled my throttle, but I though I'd fixed it by resetting the switch (it worked for about 10 starts). Well now my 740T has a hard time starting and idles super rough for about 10 seconds. When i rotate the throttle by hand I do not hear the "click" like I used to.

Is my throttle switch dead or is it something else?
