Run that test again,............ 200 1985

the one that gave you a firm pedal. If good, then the pedal is at least moving the piston in the MC. If that's the case, then loosen a line at the MC and apply pedal while a watcher watches. Prolly a good idee to wrap with a rag so's not to spray fluid.

When a seal in the distribution block goes, fluid can move out along the piston and into the area that just has the wiring harness dust cover, and that's where it'll leak.

Your situation seems so extreme - no pedal whatsoever - that something way different is going on. Especially since you have bled the system so much. Hillbilly's list is the one to run.

Are you applying pedal with the engine running or off? Try that firm pedal test both ways. Can you feel any resistance in the pedal with/without engine running? With this amount of brain power we will either come up with the right answer or bring peace to the Middle East.
