Have you tried cleaning the EGR valve , checking the vacume hoses, resetting the codes and see what happens?
'2-4-1* EGR system flow too low , Faulty wiring, EGR, EGR vacuum or controller; EGR temp sensor Poor idling '

If they carbon up flow will be low , and if vacume leak, it won't open enough.
