940 or 960 ? One must go....

I own a 1992 940 GL and a 1992 960...got the 960 recently (very inexpensively). My 940 has 188K miles and the 960 has 131K miles. I checked the repair records for the 960 and the tranny, rear seal was replaced at 85K - both cars were maintained very well. One of them must go - I read all the negatives about the 960 in the FAQ section, but the car runs like new and is in excellent shape. Which car is a better one to keep ? The high mileage trusty 940 or the bettr smoother running 960 (with all major problem areas fixed at 85K) ? I believe the "porous" engine block problem would have appeared by now if my 960 would have it...
