Lou - do you actually need the entire alternator assembly, the regulator, or just brushes? Brushes can be had for $2, the regulator (internal) for $35 or so. Brushes take maybe half and hour to install, the regulator can be replaced in 10 minutes. Don't buy something you don't need.
