Mysterious electrical problem 200 1989

Resolder the OD relay. Instructions in archives and 700/900 FAQ section.
This problem will be separate from the radio problem. Check antenna connections and make sure you are not set for "local" as most radios have a button to prevent too strong a signal for powerful local stations.
