91 vs 95 Interior changes

I own a 91 940 Turbo and I was wondering since 95 was the last year for the 940 what where the interior changes (other than the head reast) made to car. Did they totally redo the dash or anything drastic like that. I was also wondering if its possible to go a wider tire on my 16 rim. I has 205/55R16 I want 215/50R 16 is this possible to do? Thanks in advance- Joey
