760 air stops when accelerating 700

I had a problem with the vacuum check valves over the intake manifold on my 89 760 turbo wagon. The ECC uses vacuum to control, if the check valves die the ECC loses control vacuuum when you accelerate. If you don't have ECC, I don't know what to tell you.
