Low Windshield Washer Fluid Warning Light-FIXED 700 1990

There was nothing wrong with the low fluid sensor. The reservior was low on fluid. I had added more fuild and it over flowed. I didn't look and see if the reservior was full. It wasn't. There is an in the reservior cup like screen. It was coated with a film of slimmy gunk. I cleaned it up. Put it back in and really filled the reservior. The low fluid light does not come on now!
