Mine broke TOO....so now I have air tools and a compressor....it's all downhill from there.

Never touched an electric impact wrench, so no input from me.

Air tools ARE great. 2 am? zip the nuts right off the wheel lugs for presnow tire change....if you don't have room - can I suggest a small upright compressor sized addition to the garage?
