Help! I Can't Find These Tools! 700 1989

I am planning on changing my timing belt on my 16v engine. My research tells me that I need these Volvo specialty tools.

Counterhold Tool- 5362

Extractor Tool- 5376

Tension Tool- 9988500

Any leads or suggestions on substitues would be very helpful.
