You have replaced all of the "usual suspects." Damn...
Foster suggested resoldering the fuel pump and radio suppression relays, but if they are only a couple of years old then they probably aren't the source of your troubles.
The solution to this problem is probably very simple. How are your grounds? What about the battery cables? Corroded connections are often intermittent connections. You said that the car cut out at a stop sign...perhaps the battery shifted towards the front of the car as you decelerated and the connection to one of the terminals was momentarily lost.
What about the fuses in the engine bay? IIRC, the "main system" fuse (not the correct terminology, sorry) is among them.
