Resolder the OD relay.

$0, 15 minutes, no risk, clean 'n easy work. If it solves nothing, you're out nothing.

Resolder your fuel pump relay, too. That one's much more irritating when it fails a million miles from nowhere on a cold, rainy, Sunday night -- and you without your cellphone.
