$900.00 seems low if the car is in good shape. Sounds like it was maybe driven real hard (broken motor mounts, transmission issues) and given a quick paint job? Does the guy have receipts for the supposed new turbo work or is he just claiming new turbo?

Leak would concern me on 'newer' turbo.

Transmission adjustment or poor transmission?

Maybe surface rust - with new paint?

These items in particular sound odd. The car has some good parts though... how
'obo' friendly is the owner - it may be worth more parted out?
