Cleaning and protecting underhood hoses? Adhesive for emblems?

Armorall is not only silicone-based, it is virtually worthless. Try Formula 303. However, your underhood hoses really don't need anything more than cleaning to keep oil from soaking into them: they are quite robust. If they look cracked and ugly, then replace them.
