Temp. Gauge Problem Solved 200

Thanks everyone! Problem solved! Did the comp board remove/resolder/clean/grease trick and took her for a spin. Temp. Guage warmed to the dot and stayed rock solid for an hour of mixed driving speed. Great!

Those of you with a similar problem should try the comp board fix. It really is not as bad as it sounds, took me about a hour. Pictures might help, but the descriptions found here in the archives were more than adequate.

Has anyone else noticed that the temp gauge itself says "temp faker" on it? They should have silk-screened that to the comp. board!!
