That is 30° advanced.
If it were mine I would leave the vacuum connected and
adjust it to where it idles at about 7-900 rpm and is
advanced about 20 - 24°. Instructions tell you to set it
at about 10° with vacuum disconnected but that affects the
idle speed a lot and makes the final adjustment problematic.
It's easier to set it once with the vacuum still connected.
Then rev it up some and see if it goes up into the upper 30s.
(it should go that high or maybe more.)
If it is not advanced far enough the engine and especially the
exhaust will run hot and power will be reduced.
