Shift lock and power windows don't work...HELP! 1993

I have a 93 240 and over the past couple of months the power windows, and the power to my shifter (forcing me to use the shiftlock release button) would fail intermittently. Now, they are not working at all. Is this a relay? Seems to me that it would be. any schematics online? any ideas? Thanks, Todd
