Buy another volvo. :)
I do as you, but I do bodywork on my 242 until I'm sick of sanding, then I walk over about 6 steps and wrench on my 245 for a bit, ad nauseum. hee hee.
I find this to be more productive than going in the house for a beer each time I get frustrated. The amount of money you save due to drinking less beer should quickly pay of the second 240. :) Those clips are evil. Anyways, glad to hear you'll at least get it back together!
