Yes, but why do you want such a squatty tire? It reduces your tire
diameter almost an inch. See this site for a calculator for these
numbers:
http://www.sgmotorsports.com/tiresize.htm#TireSize

You may be interested to know that I am using 195-75/15 and 205-75/15
tires on my 69 164. (also on my 66 122 wagon)
