car pulls left when braking 700

When braking my car seems to want to pull to the left. I have checked the tires and air pressure and everything seems to be fine there. What am I likely to be in for ? Any ideas would greatly be appreciated! I am guessing this is some part up front either worn out or slightly out of tune. But I have no experience with this kinda stuff on cars. Thank You.
