porting a b230ft head 700 1988

I,m wanting to port my '88 760 turbo cyl. head ,since it's off due to an eng. o/haul, what should i use for cutting,and what kind of power tool?? How much is safe to remove,and how far do you go inside?=Also, is it just the intake port's you do?? I own a small dremel tool+ an elec. drill w/variable speeds. g.b.
