Please, help with ECC 700 1986

This acts up on when power demand is up, e.g. a hill? The beasts seem to all have a double titted valve on the drivers side that gives out. Hope your mechanic checked both of the bellows fittings. There is one which goes our as it did on our 91 940 SE some years back. Believe it is in the FAQ. You can check it with a Mighty Vac pump and a short section of hose. As I recall, only one vac motor has two taps on it and it is above the brake and accelerator, i.e. quite accessable.
