harmonic balancer or something else? 700

replaced the voltage regulator entirely a few months back, belts tensioned just about perfectly.

hard to do the line across the front of the crankshaft pulley since its recessed in the middle... have to try andfigure something out.

ARGHH... why can't the part just have a little audio box that says "replace me!" when it starts to wear out! ;)
