How do you 'repair' rust? 700 1991

That is a little tricky due to poor access, but one approach is the POR-15 treatment. Gain access by removing the door panel and any trim strips, then spray the interior portion with Metal Ready to convert rust, rinse and finish with POR-15. Great Stuff.

By the way, you should try to find out why it is rusting there. Water leaks?

And where are you located: the salt belt?
