First, go to a real alignment shop. If there really is a problem, it can be solved.
Loosen the nuts on the rear strut mounting bolts, remove the nuts from the front ones, and drive the front bolts out of the strut top plate.
Adjust the camber by rotating the struts about the rear bolt.
When you've got it right, tighten the rear nuts, drill new holes in the top plates for the front bolts, reinstall the bolts and smile.
Reusing the pressed-in bolts may be difficult; I used standard hex-headed ones.
