It is obvious you have some kind of kinetic amperage imbalance. It's a bit complex but after a few quick calculations I think what you need to do install an amp of at least 800 watts in the trunk along with a large bass woofer in the back seat (the kind that make your windows rattle) all powered direct from the battery. Then install those lights along the rocker panels shining down on the road, some very very bright fog lights aimed high at oncoming drivers, a pair of those blue headlights, lots of guages for the dash and flashing surround lights on your rear license plate. Throw in a spoiler on the trunk with more flashing lights on it and perhaps some low aspect ratio tires on 16" rims. Your problem with the grill lights will then seem unimportant.
