Problem Solved!! - but code still in computer. 700

I took off my TPS, cleaned it, and put it back on, and the problem went away. The OBD still gives me a code 2-1-3. I've erased the codes twice now, and it keeps coming back. I'm happy it works now, but confused as to why it keeps telling me the tps is bad when it seems to be working.
