Shift points 200

What shift points do you guys recommend (and use) for a normally aspirated B230F mated to an M46? More concerned with performance than fuel economy.
Not a lot of raw power, but the 230F is torquey for a '4,' and it does seem to really come alive over 2500rpm. If I had to guess, I'd say that the powerband (stock cam-'M'?) is about 2500-5000rpm.
