I am well seasoned because I eat a LOT of Thai, Sichuan, Sri Lankan, etc food...bummer I didn't make your list (6 years until I'm 50!!)

Warm start up doesn't wear your engine THAT much.

I'm very sure you use synthetic oil, because you do sound concerned about longevity.
