front 140 fender compatibility 140-160

i have a 1970 144 with some front end damage. i'm wondering if i can use 140 front fenders up until 75 when the 240 series came in. i may have available a 73 or 74 donor car for the fenders. i know the newer models updated the turn signals, but i don't imagine that in itself shouldn't be a problem.


also, what about the front section that attached to the radiatior/grill/headlight buckets? can that be swapped from the newer 140's?
