Radiators and A/C 700 1989

The Nissens have some nice features in my opinion. First, they come with all the proper fittings (although I think you have to change out the line connections for the transmission--can't recall). Second, the have a nice screw-on retainer for the pressure switch for the auxiliary fan. The retainer keeps it from blowing out.

If you put in an all-metal radiator, however, make sure you downgrade the pressure cap. That is recommended because the plastic tanked radiators seem to absorb pressure more than do the metal ones. The 240 style pressure cap is good, and less pressure. This is one reason why I prefer the plastic tanked radiators (although they're quite costly).

I don't know if the pressure cap rule applies to the turbos as well though. There is more information in the 700/900 FAQ.
