There won't be any wiring problems with ANY B230FT engine, as long as you take the sensors from your engine and put them in the new one. Just peel back the intake manifold & wiring harnesses and yank the thing out. Then put in the new block and bolt all your stuff up--that's it. Done it before, no problems. Quick & easy.
