Clunk when accelerating in reverse 700 1989

Hello,

I have a '89 760 Turbo, woo hoo! Anyhoo, when accelerating in Reverse, there is a single clunk in the rear. Is this dangerous? I hear that this may be the bushings, perhaps a loose screw. If so, how do I check the tightness of the screw? Where is it exactly?

Any advice is much appreciated.
