how to diagnose? 700

well, mine's non-turbo so it probably isn't a huge difference.

but would this be a sound way to test it: i let the car get warm, and then i took a can of compressed air and aimed it into the fresh air intake that is immediately behind the grill while i had my hand in the airbox. i gave it a puff, and i could feel it inside the airbox. i guess that means my flap is working?
