940 TURBO MOTOR, NEED HELP FINDING A '93-

I'm going to order a rebuilt 940 turbo engine. Mine overheated and has no compression. Don't flame me, I don't want to go 'cheap' and just do the head gasket and valves. The engine had 177K and well they don't last forever. Here's my problem: My car is a '92 and I know from lots of the sage advice here that beginning in '93 the turbo motors came w/oil cooled pistons. Since I'm going to lay out $2500 for a motor I want one w/that nice feature. Now, the rebuilder has agreed to build me one but they want to know the casting numbers of the '93 and up motors.

Anybody got a listing of the numbers?
