The ultimate Volvo seats for comfort and support are the 164.
Beyond that, the bungee cords under the foam pads have probably deteriorated through the years. I would remove the existing seats and have a careful look at the underside. I believe you can buy the strapping to rework the original seats. Basically, all Volvo seats have pretty good support when in original condition.
