Possible to put an AW70/71 in a 260?

I think my tranny is about to die completely.... Im at my friends house right now and we are about to go buy a crashed 740 turbo to drop the engine in his 740 turbo which suffered a blown head gasket and melted pistons... hehe.. but this means I can get a tranny outta it so it it possible to drop that tranny in my bertone which currently has the BW-55 i believe
