Trying to do front seals, problem with bolt 700 1986

Do you have a hold on both ends of the bolt in question? Sometimes the bolt will just turn once you loosen the nut on one end. You are working in cramped space in that area. Check to see if you can get a wrench on both ends- one to hold and one to turn.
