Here are the paint specifictions from the factory service manual "Body Synthetic Painting" dated 1963;

Red-light gray Make Glasurit-Werken Red see code 46, ( 140 degree Glassomax Enamel Red 68-Volvo 116.)
light gray see color code 43 (80degree Glassomax Enamel light gray 42-Volvo 115.)
