Thanks for all the ideas so far. I forgot to mention in the original post that the tranmission mount and the transmission output shaft bushing are also brand new, just replaced last weekend.

I got under the car and had a hard look at the driveshaft and can't find any evidence of a missing balancing weight. I also double checked all of the nuts and bolts to make sure I didn't forget to tighten anything.

My latest theory is that maybe the support bearing didn't get pressed onto the driveshaft evenly, and is perhaps causing a wobble at certain speeds.
