If you are in the US, you can now go to any AUTOZONE and get "free" (requires deposit of course) spring compressors on a two day loan. That goes for a lot of different specialty tools. It is a rood resource to keep in mind.

That is... if you decide you need them, after removal and inspection of your struts.
