91' 744 Misses When First Started 700 1991

I had the exact same thing happen on my 90 16v. I went through the car wash and it came out running on 2 cylinders. The distributor and everything under the hood seemed dry. I found out exactly what it was by dumping water on the distributor. the same 2 cylinders would miss. I don't know if this is recommended but I put dielectric grease on all the plug wire connections and then sealed them with ignition sealer. I haven't had the problem since.
